Aquatan ships all products Australia-wide using trusted courier partners. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and dispatched from our Australian fulfilment centre.

Shipping Times
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
Express delivery (where available): 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, and courier delays. Remote and regional areas may experience longer delivery windows.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.
